Well today Sabrina had her shots and stuff to go back to the states next month. Well getting her to the vets was not fun. She hates her bag and hates being trapped in it. We were 15 minutes late because she would not budge at all. We tried everything with her bribing, her favorite snacks but still no. We tried the blanket and the first time it didnt work. The second time we were able to get her and got her in the bag.
So all the way to the vet she was crying and crying. Then we got inside there and she was not happy. A couple doggies were sniffing her bag. The first one she just gave the evil eye to it and the second one she hissed and the dog cried. I felt bad for him but I guess she wasnt gonna put up with nosey dogs.
She had her turn after the dogs and she got 2 shots so she could be all set for next month. She also got her nails clipped to we were suprized that she was being so good for the vet. The vet didnt have any trouble with Sabrina. We looked like horrible parents saying she was mean and stuff. Well she was being a wiggly worm so the vet had her hanging upside down trying to hold her. We found out that she has swelling on both of her back legs. The vet said asked us about it and we didnt know. She said that could be a old injury from when she was living in the wild.
Now the adventure with her will begin next month on a 8 hr flight back to the states. Shes going as a carryon. Wish her luck because I am going to be so nervous traveling with her. Then she gets to meet her fur cousins at my parents house to. Shes going to be visiting with grandma and grandpa for a little over 20 days. Then we drive from NY to Ft Bragg and thats going to be another fun adventure with her.
