Here are some things to help you with Winter Blahs. I got this from Womans World. I thought would share them with all of you.:)
Got Milk
Its a great source of Vitamin D, which stimulates mood boost hormones in the brain. So have a glass-or pour some in your tea or cocoa
Sing Praises
Whether your sister's wearing a new sweater or a neighbor helped shovel your walk, lavishing praise on others dosent just make them feel good-it gives you happiness surge, too!
Wash your hands
"Cold hands warm your heart" the old saying goes. But the reverse isnt true. Running chilly hands under tepid water boost circulation helping you feel happier-and you feel happier-and yes, warmer!
Hang out with friends
As long as they're the happy sort! Studies show that a good mood is contagious. The sooner you connect with some one upbeat, the faster you'll feel the same!
