Well Chuck and I went to Octoberfest yesteday and Chuck had fun and I had some fun to. I just didnt like being around so many drunks. We took a bus trip with the USO. It was 4hrs long to get there. Our bus picked us up at 0500 and then we headed there with one stop at a rest area. We got there a hour earlier which is cool. We got there after 10:30am and left at 1045pm. So we had 12 long hrs to be there. There was some rides and lots of booths set up and stuff. The beer tents were so full and we could only get into two of them. The first one was small and we had lunch in there. We ended up staying in for 4hrs because we had great table mates. Then the other one we went to in the evening was okay we met some college students and Chuck got to have one more drink before our bus left. Heres a few pics..Enjoy.

I wish I had known you all were going. We could have arranged to meet someplace and had lunch together. It seems like ages since I have seen you Amy! Cool hat that Chuck got. The boys all got hats too. They LOVE them. Our bus ride was only 3 1/2 hours long so that wasnt bad and the boys and I slept the entire ride home. lol
We had a blast but man, it was a lot of work to keep hold of those little boys int he crowd I sure could have used your extra hands. lol

It looks like you and Chuck had an awesome time. Having great table mates makes for a great time there (so I have been told) I don't know how I would feel about being around so many people (I am REALLY uncomfortable being around large groups of people), but I may have to consider checking out Oktoberfest for myself next year. It looks like something people should experience at least once while over here in Germany.
That would have been really great if you and Morrisa could have met for lunch. Hopefully you can catch up at some get together soon :)

Thanks girls I wish that I would of saw you there also Morrisa. It would of been great to see you. I hope that we can get together before I leave to. We would of helped you out with your boys. :) How long were you there for? We were there for 12hrs.
