Yes this is gonna be a vent and grumpy blog. I know I have been having a few of them lately. I am sorry about that.
Today my friend Jeanette and I went to walmart and I went and got cash out. When I went to get my atm card out I noticed a empty spot in my wallet. At first I couldnt figure out what card was missing and I finally relized it was my Miltary star card. I feel dumb that I didnt noticed it all weekend missing. I had such a fit in walmart over it. I called Chuck and he cancelled it. I was just really mad and then the photography guy got gumpy with me because I went and picked up the christmas cards. He said that they werent ready yet. He wanted my receit for it and I said that I left it at home. That made him mad too. Then the lady remembered me making them so she stuck up for us. I am thankful she did because I was in a grumpy mood. I think they took it at Sports USA at Ft bragg. Chuck loves to sing Karaoke there. I am never ever gonna bring my purse in there again. Its sad to think that some associated with the military would steal from me. I still cant figure out why they just that card and not my atm cards or my cash.

Did you maybe drop it when getting something else out?
If it was stolen, maybe it was because you don't need a pin number for a Star Card but I know here at Hood they are very strict about matching names on STAR cards with ID Cards.
Funny STAR Card Story that will maybe make you smile, at least a little bit??
I was having lunch with a friend at the main food court and behind me was a full bird colonel. After he ordered I saw him pay for his $5 meal on his STAR card. I've seen Soldiers do that when they were broke but never a full bird colonel. Anyway I thought it was funny, maybe you did too? (((((HUGS))))
I am sorry you had a rough day. I hope you were able to find the card, and that maybe it was just misplaced instead of stolen. A couple of times I have come across ATM cards people dropped and turned them in, because I would hope more people would be honest and do that.
As for the photographer, it sounds like he needs a refresher in customer service relations. I can understand maybe wanting to see a receipt, but he has no right to be rude about it. Hopefully the rest of the week goes better for you.
