Today we are barbequing Chicken Spedies and Chucks gonna make his grandmas yummy potato salad. Thats the only kind of Potato salad that he will eat. Chicken spedies are cut up chicken chunks with Lupos Marinade sauce. If you dont like chicken you eat beef, veal, or venison. Our favorite spedies are Chicken. Everytime we go to NY we always look forward to eating them. Heres the website all about them if interested.

I never heard of these and am from NW Pennsylvania, so guess it is a NY thing. I might need to check it out, though, they sound good.

Hi Verna what part of PA are you from? Chuck and I are from the Binghamton area thats where Chicken Spedies first came from. :) Hi Aunt Nancy the potato salad was really good. :) I am glad that Grandma Fertig got a smile from us making it. :) Our friends Nancy and Travis they really liked it to.
