Hotwings By Chef Chuck:
Chuck made Hotwings today for us and our nieghbors. He used my dads recipe and his brothers recipe and they came out really good. What he did is mixed Texas Pete Sauce with a stick of butter in the bowl and put it in the microrave for 2 minutes and then he stuck all the wings in flour. After that he put in a few at time in the frying pan with cooking oil. After they were cooked all the way through he stuck them in the bowl of hot sauce and they are really yummy.

Thanks Kim I will tell him. You and your hubby will have to come and visit me and Chuck in Hanau he will make them for you both he said. :)
