I am not sure if I am gonna like living at Ft Bragg by myself for a year. My neighbor my friend told me a scary story about a lady that lived on her street and got hurt. I am not gonna go into details but I know that you all know what I am talking about. There has been two break ins that happened during the day in Heritage Village. One guy broke in during the day today while the lady was upstairs sleeping and she saw him and screamed and called 911. He ran out the door. I just dont want anyone to break in to my house. They wouldnt have to worry about killing me because I would have a heart attack anyways. I just want to feel safe. I wish that Heritage Village since its a Miltary housing area has guards like on post. Any tips so I can feel safe and not worry about my safety. My friend has a dog but I dont havea any guard dogs just my cat. Shes a guard cat but if someone comes in my house that she dosent know she runs.

Just make sure all your windows & doors are locked. I have a guard dog as well & I do feel SO much safer with her here.
If there was a break in today, than the police should be patroling the area. Also, maybe you can do like a Neighnorhood Watch with your neighbors.
Try not to freak yourself out too much. You'll go nuts!
