Our weekend fun :)

1. At the 82nd Airborne Museum. Look how pretty the sky is. :) Me and Chuck at the Indoor Parachute place check out his uniform he had to wear.
   This weekend Chuck and I had fun. Saturday morning Chuck went to the Indoor Parachute place by our house. I chickened out but he said that he had fun. It was this big wind tunnel and he got his Paracelete certitificate. He said that it was so much fun. I took a couple pictures of him and a couple videos to. I am not sure how to put videos on here. After he was done we got to to watch a French team practicing in there.
   
   Then we went to lunch at Subway and after that we went to Ft Bragg. We visited the 82nd Airborne Museum and got to see all the neat stuff there. We took lots of pics. I will be back with more pics to share.
   
   On Sunday we went to the Special Warfare Museum and that was neat to see to.
   
   
   
   

Fun things going on for March

March is gonna be a fun month for us:

March 1- Chuck did the Indoor Parachute thing today. We also went to the 82nd Airborne Museum and Lake Rim Park. I got lots of pics from today. I will blog later and share pics. I got a couple funny stories to share to.

March 29-My Friend Tonia and Gary are getting married at St James. They are gonna have a Medevil wedding and I am gonna be her Matron Of Honour. I am really excited.

Happy Leap year everyone. I hope that everyone has a great Friday and weekend. This weekend we are just gonna go to the park and walk around since the weather is gonna be nice here. Tonight we are just watching tv and relaxing. Oh tomorrow Chuck is gonna do the parachute thing by our house. Its suppose to be fun. Hes looking forward to doing it. I am gonna watch and take pics and keep my feet on the ground. LOL. On Sunday we are just gonna hangout at home. Have a great weekend.

One Year Anniversary

Happy One year anniversary to me, Chuck and Sabrinas being back in the states. We traveled all the way from Germany to NY and stayed with our families for a month..Then we were off to Ft Bragg. There was a lot of stuff that happened our first year being back in the states but I am happy that everything was pretty good for us.

Happy Monday

Happy Monday everyone I hope that everyone had a fun weekend. On Saturday we went shopping and out for dinner at Logans Steak House. It was yummy. I had a little steak and mashed tators and salad and Chuck had a bigger steak and mashed tators and mushrooms. After that we tried to find the church in Fayetteville but we coujldnt find it. We also got our pics done by Olan Mills. My awesome friend Angie did my hair for my pics and some makeup to. I looked really nice. I was very happy that she did that for me. Chuck wanted to get them done again for Easter. Yesterday we went to a going away party for my friend Michelle. We had a great day. I was sad to see her leave but shes moving to wear my sister in law and brother in law is so we should beable to see her again. :)

Happy Presidents Day

We didnt do to much this 4 day. On Friday we hungout with our friends at CiCi Pizza. :) Then on Saturday we just did some shopping and went out for dinner at Itz. Its our favorite place to have a drink and have wings in Fayetteville. Then yesterday we just went grocery shopping was being lazy at the house. Today no big plans for us. We slept in which we both needed and just gonna go to Walmart and pick up our pics from the Garden and thats about it. I hope that everyone had a fun and safe 4 day. Oh we are planning a trip to Florida this summer for a week while Chuck is on block leave. We want to go to Sea World and the Beach. We are just gonna price it. We just want to do fun stuff this summer before he goes to JRTC.

Yesterday we celebrated Valentines Day at Sports USA. Chuck went and sang some Kareoke and we had hotwings and french fries and a couple of drinks. We had a fun day.

My Paratrooper Bear isn't it cute. Chuck gave it to me for Valentines Day. He was so sweet he said that he would keep me company when he goes to the feild, or on missions and when he deploys again next November. :( Is he cute. It has all the patches on it to like his uniform. Hes a sweetie for doing that. I didnt get him a Valentines Gift and I feel bad but he said that he didnt care. Hes gonna get a tattoo of a tiger sometime soon.


I hope that everyone has a great weekend. We dont have anything planned for the 4 day just gonna do some some shopping and see a movie to. Hope that everyone has a fun and safe 4 day.

Happy Valentines Day

Happy Valentines Day everyone. Hope you have a wonderful day with what ever you do. This time last year we were in Germany having dinner at our favorite Italian Resturant in Hanau. How we miss Germany and the food and our friends. We were also getting ready to PCS to Ft Bragg NC to. :) This year for Valentines Day we dont have any big plans just gonna go out for dinner and maybe the movies to. :) For the 4 day we dont have any big plans just gonna do fun stuff.

Pretty Flowers Blooming in February

Yup we saw pretty flowers blooming in February when we went to Botanical Gardens. It was so nice there on Saturday and the scenery was so pretty. We enjoyed the weather to it was in the high 60s. Chuck was wondering if people do nice pics of people there well professional ones. . He said that it would be cool to have our pics done there. :) We took to many pictures when we went on Saturday but it was just to nice there. Heres a couple pics of the pretty flowers that we saw. We had a close call today in our housing area. Our house is right behind this huge feild. Guess what happened in the feild some dumby started a fire with a fire pit. The fire pit got out of control. It was looking bad but now it looks like its going away. Heres a few pics from earlier. I have been saying a prayer that it dosent get worst we have know where to go. Sabrina was watching the fire fighters outside working hard putting it out. It does look better now.

Oh the guys that did the fire are in trouble. It was black for doing fires here because of the drought.

Today Chuck and I went to see PS I LOVE YOU. That movie was so sweet. I really liked it. It has humor and its sad to.

Wacky Weather Wenesday

Yup we are having some wierd weather in NC. It went from cold and the last couple of days its been in the 70s. Whats up with that we were wearing winter coats the other day and now we wearing tshirts its only February. Chuck saids it has to do with the Ozone. I dont mind the warm weather but its making my allergies act up because of the Pollen. :( I hate having sinus headaches and the sneezys to. Even Sabrina is sneezing is to.

Happy Superbowl Sunday

Happy Superbowl Sunday. Sorry I havent blogged that much lately. There isnt anything interesting going on here. Chuck saids that he feels a little bit better his chest still hurts him alittle bit. He hasnt smoked for a week yeah. I am glad hes doing good. Hes going for a chest xray sometime this week to find out why it is still hurting him. Say a little prayer that he will be okay. thank you. :) Sabrina is doing good she loves to sleep on the quilt on the couch. Shes to cute. Did I mention that I get a good laugh everytime I give her a treat because it saids only 2 calories. I get a kick out of that. Shes not watching her weight.

Well today Chuck is mad because he got put on CQ. Which is a 24hr job at work. He calls it babysitting the single soldiers. I am gonna go over to my friend Angies house and watch the Giants and Patriots with them. We want the Giants here. I which that I had a DVR today so I could record it for him. I feel bad for him because that is the only football team that he likes.

I am gonna bring my shrimpdip today to Angies house. I hope that everyone has a great day, Yay for the Giants.

Information on Gerds

Heres some information on Gerds. Chuck seems to be doing and feeling better. As of now I know its been 3 days he hasnt smoked. I am so proud of him. I know that its only been a few days but he can do it. I am gonna support him so he will quit. I hate seeing him sick.

Scary

I was so scared yesterday. Our weekend was okay. We had dinner at our friend Angies house. They made homeade pizza and it was really good. :) Then on Sunday Chuck wasnt feeling good. He had horrible chest pain. I was getting scared but he wouldnt go to the doctor. All day long he said he was in horrible pain. I felt horrible and was starting to worry. Chuck was getting worried to. So went to Womack. Its the hosptial at Ft Bragg. Their ER was really slow but Chuck was finally saw after 5 hrs. His EKG was good. The doctor said that he had Gerds. I forgot what it is but I will be back later or tomorrow with the info for it. He said that he needs to change his lifestlye. Hes got to quit smoking, cut back on caffine, taking pain meds for his back and his sinuses, and cut back on alcholol to. Chuck said that hes gonna quit smoking say a prayer that he will be able to do it. He said that doing all o that stuff will give him a ulcer. We are both happy that hes doing okay now.

Yup its Tuesday

How was everyones 4 days. We had a nice 4 day together for Martin Luther King. We enjoyed time together just hangingout with each other. We got see August Rush yesterday that movie was really good but it was sad to. I recommend everyone to see it because it was good.
Now Chuck is back to work and I am catching up on house work and laundry. I am also excited my friend A her hubby is coming home tomorrow for R&R. :) She wants me to go to the airport with her so I can take a few pics. I told her that I would. I am looking forward tomorrow. I love happy homecomings. :)

Our weekend.......

Chuck and I had a fun weekend... We got some snow here just a couple inches but it was cool to see. North Carolina dosent get to much snow. I am from NY but I dont like it especially if I have to be out in it. I went to a babyshower for my friend Lacy. She had a great babyshower and I had a great time hangingout with everyone. We didnt to much when I came home last night just hungout and watched tv.
Today we didnt to much he watching the play offs for football. He really wants the Giants to go to the Superbowl. He said that he would be so happy. I think football is boring but I want Chucks team to win.

One Missed Call

Today Chuck and our friend Rhonda saw One Missed Call. It was a scary movie and it was wierd to. It reminded me of that movie when you watch the video and 7 days you die but the movie was 2 days. Rhonda screamed a few times it was scary I hid my face a lot. It was a okay movie. Chuck held our popcorn because he knew that I would of spilled it all over the place if I held it. I did that awhile ago when we saw a scary movie I got popcorn all over me and the guy infront of me to. LOL :P Just had to share that little info about the popcorn. Happy Friday everyone.

Brrrrrrrr its freezing

Brrrrrr its freezing in North Carolina the weather went from somewhat warm to really cold. We got a little bit of snow here but then it melted because of the rain. Tonight we are suppose to get some black ice yuck. I hate ice and Chuck saids that people dont know how to drive on the ice here. Since being from NY Chuck said he can drive in yucky weather and snow it dosent bother him. This weekend we are suppose to get alittle bit of wintery weather. Chuck wants some snow so I hope that we got some.

The Pretty Quilt

Chucks Great Aunt Lucy made us a really pretty quilt. She made one side with pretty flowers that Sabrina enjoys sleeping on. Then she also made the other side blue. Its really pretty to. She did such a great job. I couldnt go with out sharing pics of all of us cuddling with it. :) My favorite picture is Sabrina she looks so cute sleeping on it dosent she.

National Treasure Book Of Secrets

For the first movie of the New Year we saw National Treasure Book Of Secrets. It was a really good movie. All of the actors was great to. It had a lot of action in it and made us laugh to. I reccommend this movie for everyone to see.

Happy News

Well its happy news for me and Chuck. My laptop was finally fixed today. I was so happy we went to Circuit City after we went to the movies. . I am not sure what was wrong with it but whatever it was its fixed. I can post pics and post in my Army wife groups and pics in my blog. :) We had our little Christmas here today and opened up presents from each other and gave Sabrina hers. She was happy with her little toys that she got. I will be back with some pics tomorrow.

Back in the Carolinas

Chuck and I are back in North Carolina now. We got here yesterday around 730. It was suppose to be a 12hr drive but it took us less with his GPS. We did really good on time and gas so that made us happy. It was cool we stopped to have a late lunch at Wendys and it was right by Quantico Marine Base. I wish that I would of had my camera out and I would of took some pics.
Its good to be back home now we missed our house and Sabrina to. Sabrina was so happy to have us home. She cried the whole night because she missed us. She would lay by us for awhile and then do some roming and come back in the room and cry. I hope she dosent do that tonight because I am sleepy today. Chuck needs his sleep to because he has to work. We are gonna open up our presents today and let Sabrina open up her presents to. She got a few things from Santa and my mom and my friend Liz to. Then we are gonna take down our Christmas tree. I feel bad that its still up but it will be down by the weekend.
I am gonna get some groceries and clean up our house. I am also gonna work on my NY photo album with all the cool pics that we got there.

Happy Monday

I am sorry I havent blogged for awhile. Chuck and I have been busy in NY and having fun here. We got to see all of our family and hangout with them. We are glad that we were able to come to visit. We are both sad because we are going back to NC on Wenesday. We are gonna miss everyone but we miss our Sabrina Kittty and our house. Today we had a fun time at the mall with Chucks grandma. We had lunch at Arbys and then walked around. We didnt get to much since we are leaving soon. Today my little cousins are coming over to my moms house to do crafts . Its gonna be fun to hangout with them and do that. I am gonna be back up in NY soon for my friends Tonia and Garys wedding. I hope that everyone has a great week even know its Monday.

Yesterday we had a great New Years Eve. We got to eat at Hello Berlin German Resturant. It was a really good. The Set up of the resturant reminded us of eating at a resturant in Germany to. We celebrated New Years Eve with my brother in law Chris, our friend Liz and Chucks Aunt Nancy and Uncle Gary and Chucks parents to. I had a bowl of Cauliflower soup and spatzel with butter and cheese it was yummy. Chuck had Jagarsnitzel, Cauliflower soup and spatzel and red cabbage. He said that it was really good except the snitzel wasnt breaded it was cooked vegetable oil. The owner of the resturant said he cooks like that because its healthier and he wants his customers back. :) The best thing was is Chuck could have a black beer like he drank when he was in Germany. I was a party pooper and just drank a soda but still good. We had a nice time hangingout with all of them.

I hope that everyone has a Happy New Year. 2007 went by to fast. We hope that everyone has a wonderful 2008.
Alot has happened for me and Chuck in 07. We PCSed from Germany to Ft Bragg NC... Then Chuck deployed for 6months to Iraq and my Great Aunt Jane passed away. She was 89 years old. We also got to celebrate New Years Eve with Chucks parents and Aunt Nancy and Uncle Gary and Liz and his brother Chris. We ate at a German Resturant and the food was yummy. Chuck was happy because he got to drink some German black beer. We had a nice New Years Eve.

Merry Christmas Eve

I hope that everyone has a happy Merry Christmas Eve. The weather in NY is gloomy today and we might get some snow showers. Its good to be home for Christmas and see our families. We have been having fun in NY even know its been 2 days. Today Chuck went sking with his uncle and cousins. It was free sking today for him. So hes gonna have fun. Then he comes back to my parents house for my parents Christmas party. We get to see my family and spend sometime with them. Then we are gonna go and visit his grandma and family. They are gonna have a party at his grandmas house. We are gonna have a fun day. Then tonight we are gonna go to midnight mass. I hope that everyone has a great day.

Only 4 more days

Only 4 more days until Christmas. We are getting excited about going back to NY to see our families this year. We havent celebrated Christmas with them for 3 years. We are leaving for NY tomorrow morning. Its gonna be a 12hour or less drive Say a prayer that we get their safely. We are all packed up and we know that Sabrina is in good hands with our friend Angie. I still dont have my computer yet. :( Hopefully when we get back from NY it will be done. They had to send it to Hewitt Packard to get fixed. Well I will blog when I get there and post pics to. My dads computer will let met. I am sorry I havent blogged that much this month.

Chuck packed up some of the car today and he put his ski's in there. He cant wait to go sking so hopefully theres a little bit of snow so he can do that. The only snow I want to see is some Christmas snow.

Today Chuck and I saw The Perfect Holiday it was a cute movie. It had Queen Latifa in it. We really liked it. It had a little romance in there and it was a great family movie.

Friday News

Well there is 18 untils Christmas now. The computer people called and said they dont know whats wrong with my laptop. :( They are gonna send it to Hewitt Packard to have it fixed. I am still sad about it becuse I miss my MSN groups and I so want to post pics on my blog. :( I know that I said that before but I do. I am gonna try and get to the library sometime and post. Well its also cold here in NC to and a very gloomy day. This weekend we are gonna go and see a movie and just hangout around the house.
Yesterday my mom called me and she said that my brother Joe is in the hospial. His asthma was really bad He was sleeping the whole day on Wenesday and that isnt him. My mom woke him up to take him to the docotors office and he sat up and fell asleep to. So they got the doctors office and the doctor said that his airways were constricted and that he wasnt getting any air to his lungs. So they admitted him to the hospital. Hes still there and on Oxgyen. The doctor said that hes gonna be there for a few days and then he will beable to go home. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers that he will feel better soon.

21 days until Christmas

Well there is 21 days until Christmas Day. We are are excited about it this year because we get to go and see our families. I still have some cool pics to show everyone but Chucks computer for some reason wont let me post pics and do MSN. I am really sad because I miss all of my MSN groups. I am also sad because I cant read my friends blogs either. They are all saved on my laptop. My laptop is still at Circuit City they dont know whats wrong with it. I hope that it gets fixed soon. :) Well I hope that everyone is having a great week.

December is gonna bring a lot of fun for us. We got a couple birthdays and its also Christmas to. We havent been in the states for Christmas for 3 years. We are gonna go to NY for Christmas this year to be with our families and friends to.

Thursday News

Sorry I havent blogged for awhile. We havent been up to much here this week. Right now I am using Chucks laptop until mine is fixed. Its at Circuit City and should be fixed this week. I miss my own computer but Chucks is working okay. Yesterday Chuck had his first jump after 4 years. He said that he was a little nervous but he did good. It was a fun jump so he didnt have to carry any weapons or stuff. We did put up our Christmas tree after Thanksgiving. I willl post a pic of it when I get my laptop back. Chucks laptop wont let me load the pic of it. :( Sabrina is doing pretty good with the tree she loves to lay under it. Shes to cute. Got to go for now.

Mr Magorium Emporium

Yesterday Chuck and I went and saw Mr. Magorium Patorium it was a really cute movie. It was about a really big toy store and all the magical things that happened there. It was so good. I reccommend this movie for people of all ages. :)

Happy Thanksgiving

Two Movie Reviews

My first movie review is Lions for Lambs. It had Tom Cruise in it. I thought it was okay movie. It started out boring but ended up being pretty good. The movie was about trying to stop terriosim It kind of had to much details with it but we liked it.


The second movie is Enchanted. We saw that movie today. It was so sweet and funny. It started off as a cartoon but then the Princess fell in the wishing well by the Prince's step mother. She didnt want the girl to marry the Prince. Then it turned to real life and the story took place in NYC. It was so fun to watch. I really liked it.

Blowing Bubbles

A few weeks ago Chuck was having fun with Sabrina. He was blowing bubbles for her and she was popping them. It was funny to watch her trying to eat them and pop them.

Our Myrtle Beach trip

Our Myrtle Beach trip was a lot of fun. We went down on Friday morning and went to the Dickens Christmas show. It was set up with some neat booths and little vendors. We got our picture taken with Santa Claus. It as a donation for helping the kids out so we did it. We sampled a few of the treats there. We got to see all the pretty christmas trees that were set up there. Then we got to see all the differents Santas from all over the world. They were neat to see. Our favorite was the Cival War Santa because it was dressed up Patriotic. After we left the Dickens Christmas show we went and found our motel. We stayed at Breakers it was really nice hotel and it was big to. It was right on the beach. We didnt swim but we did walk up the beach and checked it out. We actually did see a older guy swimming. It was to windy for me and Chuck but we did watch him. We had dinner at the Red Parrot bar and grill right in the hotel. The food was pretty good. Chuck had hot wings and peel and eat shrimp. I had a tossed salad and french fries. Chuck sang Kareoke that night and he sang I Cross My Heart our wedding song. He was being so sweet.

On Saturday morning we checked out and had breakfast at Friendlys. Then we drove over to the Dixie Stampede and got to meet some of the stars of the show. Your all gonna laugh but the stars of the shows were the horses. We took a few pics and then went to Broadway for the day. Broadway was a cool boardwalk. We went to a few of the shops there and saw a movie. We saw Fred Claus. It was a cute movie. It was about Santas Brother and how it was to be Santas brother. It was fun to watch and got us in the Christmas spirit. Then we visited a few more shops and they actually had a shop called the Cat Shop. That was cool. I bought a few cat things in there. Chuck wanted to go to a Magic store and he bought a few magic tricks. Then to top off our anniversary day we went back to the Dixie Stampede for our show. It was a Christmas Dixie Stampede show. It was so much fun and we got yummy food there to. Everything was decorated for Christmas in there. The waiters and waitresses were dressed up as elves. I posted a website for it in another blog a few days ago. We want to go back down and see the other show that they do. Dolly Parton owns it. Everyone that worked there was so very nice. We had a great 6th Anniversary. :)

MIA for 2 days

This weekend Chuck and I are gonna go to Myrtle Beach for 2 days. We are gonna go to the Dickens Christmas Show tomorrow. We heard it was suppose to be fun so we want to check it out. Its suppose to be set up like England was back in the 19oos during Christmas. We are staying the night and then we are gonna go to the Dixie Stampede on Saturday. Its suppose to be fun. Its gonna be a dinner and show for our 6 year anniversary. I will be back on Sunday with pictures for you. I hope that everyone has a safe and fun weekend. :)

Here our 20 Facts about me. This is fun to do. :)

1. I have been a Army Wife for almost 6 years in 4 days.

2. I love the color Blue and Pink. I ushally write everything in Blue on the computer.

3. Christmas is my favorite holiday not because of getting presents but because I love to give presents and see kids faces on Christmas Day.

4. I have a furbaby Sabrina I love her tons shes our baby for now hopefully some day we will have kids.

5. Yuck to Onions and Peppers they are so gross...

6. I hate the feeling of foam it makes me go nuts when I have to touch it. At resturants I try not get leftovers because of them being served in foam. I also dont eat off of foam plates and drink from foam cups.

7. I love to write letters and emails to people.

8. I love to eat chips and salsa its my favorite snack to have.

9. I love to drink water and I drink lots of it

10. I love to travel and see new places.

11. I dont like to swim that much because I am not very good at swimming.

12. I love to cuddle with Chuck and just watch tv with him instead of going somewhere all the time.

13. I love my family and I am happy that we will beable to go home for Christmas this year. We havent celebrated Christmas with our families for 4 years.

14. I am not very coordinated so I cant ski, rollerblade or rollerskate to.

15. I like warm weather and not the cold

16. I dont like snow either and I am from NY. The only snow that I like is Christmas snow.

Sabrinas favorite toy

Sabrinas favorite toy these days is the blue spinning ball thing. It has a scratching thing on there for her to. She can spend hours and hours spinning the ball around. She loves to play with it all hours of the day especially when me and Chuck are sleeping. I heard her the other night at 3am playing with it. She is trying to get the ball out of it but she cant yet. Its fun to watch her try to.

The Beer Man

Chucks costume this year was being the Beer Man. He found the mask at Walmart. Hes drinking a German beer out of his favorite beer mug. I took this pic of him the day before Halloween. He wanted to try it on. He looks funny wearing it. He also wore it on Halloween to and gave out candy.

The Sunday times :)

Today Chuck and I went to the Holly Day Fair it was at the Crown Expo Center in Fayetteville. It was pretty neat to see the stuff. It was a bunch of different crafts and some winerys were there to. We sampled a few wines yummy. We ended up buying some Christmas sweet wines. They were so good and they helped my tooth ache to. Well since next week is our anniversary we are gonna drink a bottle of it. We also bought a few other things to. Chuck got me a purse that I can put pictures in it. It looks kind of like a christmas purse but its pretty. He saids it for my anniversary present. I will put a pic of it up sometime this week. He knows that I love purses. THen we got a funnel cake for desert that was really good.

I am also feeling a little bit better now and my tooth is to. It still throbs but hopefully in a few days my tooth will feel better. I still have a cold to but it seems to be getting better so that makes me happy.

I hope that everyone remembered to switch their clock back a hour.

Bourne Ultimatium

Today Chuck and I went to see Bourne Ultimatium at the Omni theatre. The movie started out boring but it ended up to be really good. It was a little over a hour in a half. The movie had some action parts and some funny parts. Jack Bourne finds out who he really is. I dont want do say to much more and ruin it for everyone.

Sorry

I am sorry that I havent posted for a few days. After my tooth got pulled I havent been feeling good. I also had a horrible sinus cold to so I just wanted to laydown. I went to Ihop with my friends for breakfast yesterday but I started to feel sick so my friend took me home and I layed on the couch and cuddled with Sabrina the whole day. My tooth is starting to feel a little bit better today and I decided that I am not gonna take the percasat anymore because thats what was making me feel wierd to. I am gonna take regualar pain meds for my tooth if I need it.

Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween I hope that everyone has a fun and safe day. We arent doing much here because I have to go to the dentist. Wish me luck because I have to have a tooth extracted. I was scared and didnt sleep good last night. I hope that it dosent hurt to much. The lady said the dentist in germany did a horrible job with the rootcanal. :( I am not gonna dress up but Chuck said hes gonna be the beer man. Dan In Real Life

Chuck and I saw Dan In Real Life today. I thought the movie was really good. It was very funny. It was PG 13. I reccommend this movie if you looking for something sweet and funny. :)

Our Fun Weekend :)

At our friends Halloween Party. We didnt dress up just wore Halloween shirts. :) We had a fun time.

Since Chucks been home we have been kind of busy doing things and having fun. I am sorry that I havent posted since last Sunday. :)

This weekend we went out for dinner with our friends Rhonda and Brian. We went to Applebees. Chuck and I both had the steak and Rhonda and Brian did to. Then they picked out a movie for us to see. We saw Saw 4. I didnt like the movie it was to scary for me and had gross scary parts. I couldnt tell you what the movie was about I wasnt really paying attention. Chuck said it was awesome. He thinks there might be a 5 now.

Then yesterday we went to a Halloween Party at one of our friends houses. We had a lot of fun there. We also got to meet some new friends to.

Today we just went to Church, and got grocieres to. Because of all the rain that we had here in NC we both got really bad colds. So Chuck made us homeade chicken noodle soup. It was really yummy.

We had a fun weekend, and its great to have my soldier home safe.

Welcome Home Chuck

Our first Kiss :) Welcome Home Chuck. He came home yesterday and my friend Angie and I and her son Chance went to pick up him up. We went to Green Ramp on Pope AirForce Base to meet him. They changed their flight a few times but finally they arrived at 600pm. They did the National Anthem and then the General welcomed them back. Then they had 15 mins to visit with family members and then they boarded the bus. Then me and my friend Rhonda met him at his barracks and waited for 2hrs then they could leave. Rhonda took us home but on the way we stopped at Subway for dinner. That was his first meal yesterday but he picked it out since it was late. Then we brought his stuff in the house and he played with Sabrina. She wasnt sure at first what to think of him but shes getting use to him being here.

Exciting News :P

I got some exciting news to share with all of you. :) Chuck is gonna be home this weekend in the afternoon. I am so excited to go to his homecoming. I know that he hasnt been gone that long but I missed him lots. I bought a dress today and shoes for 21 dallors all together at Fashion Bug. I was deciding what to wear and it came down to this sun dress. Angie said that I looked good in it. Thank you everyone for keeping Chuck in your thoughts and prayers. :) I will be back either Sunday or Monday with homecoming pics. ;)

Fun day today

I had a fun day today to with my friend Angie. We went to her friends house today and visited her forawhile. Then we had lunch at Jason Deli's that resturant was really good. Its a sandwhich and soup resturant. I got got a BLT and chips, pickle and a coke. The food was good and filled me up. Then we went to PetSmart and saw the cats there. The one cat he loved it when we petted him he would rub his body across the bars so we could pet it. It was a gray cat. It was really cute but so were the other cats to. I hope that they all get a good home. :) Then we shopped a little bit there and went to Aldies and came home.

Crazy cat

Yup I love Sabrina dearly but she is my crazy cat. Yesterday she climbed up the back window. She saw a little lizard outside climbing it so she attempted to try and get it. I didnt even know she could climb up the glass but she did it. I wish that I had my camera for the moment that she did it. She was to fast. I think she is to funny. I told Chuck about her to and he got a kick out of hearing about her. Next time I will get a picture when she does it. :)

Well a couple of weeks ago I went to a babyshower for my friend Erika. It was a fun time. I know that i blogged about it but I just wanted to share a pic from there. My friend Lisa let me have it. I had my camera that day to but I forgot that I had it and didnt get any pictures.

Fall weather in NC

The weather has changed from really hot to really cool within a week in NC. It went from 90s to high 60s. I miss the warm weather. The leaves are even starting to change colors to. They look really pretty. The leaves are still green to so maybe next week the trees will look more fall like. I wouldnt mind the weather going back up to the 70s or 80s that would make me happy. At least I can say is that the sun is out so that makes me happy. :)

I found this cookbook at Barnes And Noble. I really like it because it has easy recipes in there that I can do. I try to cook stuff and some stuff chuck cooks to. We are both learning how to cook still and we have been married for almost 6 years. I found a lot of yummy recipes in there that we would both like.

They break the book down from Appetizers, Salads, Vegetables, Beef, Poultry, Pork, Fish, and Deserts to. I am hoping to try some of these recipes when he comes home.

I will share some of the recipes when I make them for Chuck. If anyone wants a recipe for something just ask I will see if they have it there.

I have been doing a lot of looking on the internet for easy and yummy recipes. I found some good crockpots one.

Happy Wenesday

Its been a very uneventful day for me just catching up cleaning and getting the house ready for next week sometime. The power went out this morning so I freaked out and walked down to housing and guess what happened the power went back on. I was happy because I didnt want to be in my house without power. I am also doing laundry and gonna read later on to. :) I dont have anything planned for today here.

Happy Columbus Day

Happy Columbus Day everyone I hope that everyone had a wonderful Columbus Day weekend. I had a fun time with my mom, my Aunt Micki and my Uncle Dave we didnt do to much but we still had fun. On Saturday we went to Fayetteville and had breakfast at Ihop and went to Barnes and Noble and got a few books. Then we came home and relaxed and went out for dinner at Joes Crab Shack. That is one of my favorite resturants to go to the food is good and its fun to watch the waiters and the waitresses to. I had Coconut Shrimp and French Fries and a coke. My Aunt Micki wanted a Fishbowl drink but they dont have them anymore. Then yesterday we went to the outlet mall in Smithfeild North Carolina. We looked at some stores and had lunch at Cracker Barrel. After shopping we just came home and relaxed. Then my mom and I went to walmart and looked around then had Speggetti for dinner. I am glad that they came to visit me. It was great seeing them. :) I dont have anything planned for today just gonna rleax and hangout with Sabrina. :)

Oh I almost forgot Happy Anniversary to Chucks Aunt Nancy and Uncle Gary we hope that you both have a great day.

Yeah my family is coming today to visit:

I am excited to say that my family is coming to visit. They were suppose to come last month but my Uncle got sick on the road so they went home. As of now I havent heard anything that they werent coming so that makes me happy. They left NY today at 730 am gonna stop and have breakfast at Friendlys then head to North Carolina. Its a 12hr drive for them but I live about 45 minutes pass Fayetteville in Raeford. :) I am not sure what we will do this weekend because we are gonna have gloomy weather here. They are gonna have a air show on post but my mom and my aunt arent interested in seeing that. I will think of something for us to do. Well have a great weekend everyone.

Pam Johnson Bennet is the author of the book shares stories of some of the families that she went to help them with their cats. She figures out whats going on with their cat. Some of the stories were funny and some were sad. I enjoyed reading it very much.

Happy Hump Day

Today I got some much needed cleaning done around the house. I also did laundry to. My neighbor Abby locked herself out of her house today. I felt bad for her it was after hours so the community center wasn't open with a extra key to her house. So she came over to my house and used the phone and called the locksmith person to come and unlock her door. We just chatted while we waited for him to come. It took him a hour to get out here so she just watched tv and played with Sabrina. After she left I watched Criminal Minds. I love that show. :) Its my favorite show to watch on Wenesday nights.

When we PCSed back to Ft Bragg from Germany in April. He joined them in May and helped them to finish up their tour there.
